We are hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician with verifiable residential experience. If you excel in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, we want you to join our Orlando team! Required Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of operational functionality of residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
• Knowledge of the layout, installation, and service requirements for residential and light commercial HVAC.
• Must have at least 5 years of verifiable residential technical and sales experience in HVAC.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of current HVAC products.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

 Certification and/or Educational Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma.
• EPA certification (Required).
• NATE certification (preferred).

 Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.
• Must be able to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
