Job Description: As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a HVAC/Ductwork & Equipment Set Helper. The ideal candidate is someone with relevant experience and knowledge of HVAC, ductwork and equipment set. Candidate MUST be a team player, safety conscious and have reliable transportation. The hourly rate for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 based on experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, fabricate and install sheet metal duct to specifications
• Trade knowledge of all joint methods for sheet metal ducts
• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks
• Install hangers, supports, according to plans or shop drawings and applicable specifications
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications
• Lay out of work including hanger locations, duct routes, and equipment pads/curbs
• Installing rectangular and spiral duct work

Required Skills:

• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds in conformity with OSHA standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication with co-workers and supervisors
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, safety vests, and gloves.
• Must be capable and comfortable working in the elements: heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.
