As we continue to grow, we are seeking a mid-level HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and has a strong technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be able to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and determine the most effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner and meet customer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and service reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repairs or installations, and offering recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
- EPA Certified
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a HVAC Technician
- Working knowledge of numerous systems:
- Residential split systems, heat pumps, mini splits, hotel PTAC units, dehumidification units, make-up air units, EMS systems, etc.
- Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
