HVAC Senior Service Technician *Full job description* We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our team. • Must have at least 5 years of verifiable residential technical and sales experience in HVAC.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of operational functionality of residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.

• Knowledge of the layout, installation, and service requirements for residential and light commercial HVAC.

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of current HVAC products.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Computer proficiency

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

* Educational/certification requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma.

• EPA certification (Required)

• NATE certification (preferred)

* Environmental conditions:

• General office and field service environment.

• Extended work hours to include day and/or evening shifts.

• Local travel.

* Physical requirements:

• Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.

• Must be able to work extended hours, nights or weekends.

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

HVAC Service Technician Full job description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC equipment. The technician will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems. This position provides service and maintenance to our residential and light commercial customers. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades, including IAQ improvements, energy-efficient systems, and other enhancements.
• Educate customers on the benefits of upgrades and new systems, helping them make informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with IAQ products and new system installations is a plus.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• EPA certification and other relevant certifications are preferred.
